Great Prep provides easy to use and error free sample preparation, thus offering convenient solution for your western blot applications.

GreatPrep EasyECL (Enhanced Chemiluminescent) reagents are non-isotopic, chemiluminescence substrates, designed for the chemiluminescent detection of immobilized proteins and immobilized nucleic acids conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).

EasyECL products are available for different levels of sensitivity to cover all detection needs from picograms to low femtograms.

Our premixed solution based on a patent-pending technology enables an increased experimental consistency avoiding pipetting errors and possible contaminations.

  • Western blotting detection of HDAC-1 on Hela cell lysate with EasyECL Basic.
  • Sample: Two-fold dilution series of Hela whole cell lysate (abcam®) from 5 µg to 0.078 µg of total protein.
